Our operating hours are 24/7, same goes with customer support for emergencies.
Our main rental location is at Thessaloniki Airport (SKG) but we are doing car deliveries in any desired location in the city of Thessaloniki.

 

Booking and Reservations

You can book a car online through our website or by calling our customer service hotline.
Yes, you can modify or cancel your reservation by contacting customer service. Please note that cancellation fees may apply if done within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time.
Yes, a valid credit card is required to secure a reservation.
Yes, you can pay with cash as long as the reservation charge doesn't exceed the amount of 500€.

 

Requirements and Restrictions

The minimum age to rent a car is 23. Drivers under the age of 25 may be subject to a young driver surcharge.
You will need a valid driver's license, a credit card in your name, and a second form of identification, such as an ID or a passport.
Yes, we accept international driver’s licenses. However, if your license is not in English, we recommend having an International Driving Permit (IDP) along with your license.

 

Vehicles and Pricing

We offer a wide range of vehicles, including economy cars, compact, station wagons and more.
Rental rates are based on the vehicle type, rental duration, location and season. Additional fees may apply for extra services such as GPS.
All of our rentals come with unlimited kilometers, unless the reservation is for less than 4 days, then it's limited to 500 kilometers.

 

Pickup and Return

Upon arrival, please present your reservation details, driver's license, and credit card once we meet at the airport.
Yes, we offer one-way rentals. Please specify your drop-off location when making your reservation. Additional fees may apply for one-way rentals.

 

Insurance and Protection

Basic insurance coverage is included in the rental price. Additional coverage options are available for purchase to provide extra protection and reduce your liability.
In case of an accident, first ensure everyone's safety and contact emergency services if needed. Then, inform our customer service immediately we will guide you and handle the rest from there.

 

Other Services

Yes, we offer additional services such as GPS navigation systems, child seats, and snow chains. These can be added to your reservation for an additional fee. Child seats and snow chains are free of charge.
Yes, you can add a second driver to your rental agreement free of charge. The second driver must meet the same rental requirements and be present at the time of vehicle pickup.
Yes, we offer 24/7 roadside assistance for all our rentals. This service is included in your rental agreement.
